Questions

When am I charged?: $3.99 when you join, then on the same date each month until you cancel. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
How do I cancel?: In Account, open Membership and choose Cancel membership. You keep reading members-only posts until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?: Payments are final: there are no refunds for unused time or partial months. If we bill you by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it. The details are under “Membership, billing and refunds” in our Terms.
Where are my receipts, and how do I change my card?: In Account, open Membership and choose Manage billing. Stripe's billing page has every invoice and your saved card.
Which posts are for members?: Posts marked with a lock and Members in the newsroom. Everything else is free to read.
Is Isaac included?: No. Isaac has its own plans, billed separately. Membership is for reading on VVN.

Questions about a charge go to billing@valleyviewnetworks.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; VVN never sees or stores your full card number.
