Delete your account

Deleting your account erases it and your personal data across every Valley View Networks product.

Go to Account and choose Delete my account at the bottom. We email you a 6-character code to confirm.

Your account is then signed out everywhere and scheduled for deletion. You have 14 days to change your mind: the email we send has a link to restore it.

Deleting your account stops your membership from renewing. Restoring the account doesn't turn renewal back on.
