Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you keep reading members-only posts for 7 days while we retry your card.

Update your card in that time: go to Account, open Membership and choose Update payment method.

After 7 days, members-only posts close until the payment goes through. If it never does, the membership ends.

A chargeback, where you dispute the charge with your bank, ends the membership at once.
